Eleanor Terrett在社交平台披露称，加密企业与银行机构代表仍在就法案文本交换意见，并对稳定币收益率条款进行逐字修订。她援引知情人士说法指出，上周出席白宫会议的American Bankers Association、Independent Community Bankers of America及Bank Policy Institute代表，对“谈判破裂”说法表示意外，并已向白宫澄清立场。
此前，白宫方面曾希望在3月前推动协议落地。总统数字资产顾问委员会执行主任Patrick Witt被指对外释放过“3月前完成谈判”的预期。不过，有匿名人士认为这一时间表过于乐观，相关“美国稳定币收益率监管框架”短期内难以定案。
支持声音同样存在。David Sacks公开表示，Patrick Witt在协调银行与加密行业立场方面投入巨大努力，并指出加密行业已在收益率问题上作出让步，呼吁银行业展现更多弹性。
