另有行业人士透露，自 Circle 首席执行官于去年 8 月访问韩国以来，Circle 亦在当地推进相关业务拓展。报道指出，韩国即将出台的《数字资产基本法》或要求海外稳定币发行方在韩国设立分支机构，以便在本地市场分销代币。相关企业近期动作被视为对潜在监管要求的提前布局。
