BlockBeats 消息，2 月 25 日，Jane Street 一位发言人对于 Terraform Labs 破产管理人的指控发表回应称，该诉讼是企图从 Jane Street 榨取钱财，Jane Street 将坚决捍卫自身权益，对抗「毫无根据、投机取巧的指控」。
「这场孤注一掷的诉讼显然是为了榨取钱财，因为已经充分证明，Terra 和 Luna 持有者遭受的损失是 Terraform Labs 管理层实施的数十亿美元欺诈行为造成的。」（CoinDesk）
此前消息，Terraform Labs 的法院指定破产管理人已在纽约联邦法院起诉 Jane Street，指控其在 Terra 崩溃期间，利用 Terra 内部人士提供的非公开内幕信息进行抢跑交易并从中获利。
