Odaily星球日报讯 美国证券交易委员会（SEC）宣布，前 Chainlink Labs 副总法律顾问 Taylor Lindman 已加入 SEC，出任加密特别工作组（Crypto Task Force）首席法律顾问，接替此前升任美国商品期货交易委员会（CFTC）主席的 Michael Selig。
Lindman 在 Chainlink 任职超过五年，主要负责预言机网络及智能合约数据基础设施相关法律事务。SEC 加密特别工作组成立于去年，主要围绕代币化和去中心化金融等领域开展监管讨论，推动美国加密监管框架的制定。
