吴杰庄指出，三年前政府发放每人一万元电子消费券已大幅普及电子支付，建议在稳定币发行人拿到牌照后，政府可向合资格市民发放稳定币空投，用于本地中小企消费（如餐饮、娱乐、看戏等），以此提升香港作为 Web3 与数字资产中心的地位，实现刺激经济与推动加密货币采用的一举两得。吴杰庄强调，此举并非单纯政府派钱，而是通过稳定币消费券推动乘数效应，行政费用可由获牌公司承担。(techub news)
