数据显示，1 月 ADP 新增就业人数低迷，挑战者企业裁员人数大幅上升；截至 1 月末的初请失业金人数四周均值抬升；12 月 JOLTs 职位空缺降至近五年低位。不过，ISM 制造业与服务业就业指数表现相对稳健，部分缓和悲观预期。
在非农公布前，白宫官员密集引导市场预期。白宫高级贸易顾问彼得·纳瓦罗表示，应「大幅下调」对月度就业数据的合理预期，认为在当前驱逐非法移民、劳动力规模收缩的背景下，每月约 5 万人的就业增长即可视为「稳定水平」，不应再以拜登时期六位数增长作为参照。
白宫国家经济委员会主任凯文·哈塞特亦表示，就业数据可能因劳动力人口下降而表现偏弱，但这与 GDP 强劲增长和生产率提升并不矛盾，市场无需过度恐慌。
此外，2025 年度就业数据基准修正终值亦值得关注。此前初步数据显示就业人数下修近百万，一度引发市场波动。随着非农数据临近，市场对美联储政策路径及就业市场真实强度的判断或将面临关键考验。
