金色财经报道，俄罗斯宪法法院即将就本国公民是否对泰达公司（Tether）发行的 USDT 等稳定币享有财产权作出裁决。
据报道，专家已向法院表示，与法定货币挂钩的稳定币不属于数字金融资产（DFA），同时俄罗斯现行的 “数字货币流通” 相关规定不适用于 USDT。数字金融资产是在俄罗斯拥有特殊监管地位的一类代币化资产。
俄罗斯央行副行长阿列克谢・古兹诺夫（Alexey Guznov）向法院表示：“从概念层面来看，我们在此讨论的（稳定币）本质上是一种货币替代品。”
此案有望为未来民事领域的稳定币所有权相关案件确立具有长期效力的法律先例，最终判决结果将于今年年底前公布。
与此同时，俄罗斯立法者正试图打击不受监管的加密货币相关业务。
