Beijing Business Daily News（reporter Wang Manlei）The evening of April 2, Robotech (300757) disclosed an announcement stating that its wholly owned subsidiary, ficonTECServiceGmbH (hereinafter referred to as “ficonTEC”), had a subsidiary that, along with a company F listed on Nasdaq, signed a new batch of major ordinary course business contracts on April 1. The contract amount is US$35.70 million (equivalent to about RMB 246 million), and it is orders for mass-production coupling equipment and service, applicable to the plug-and-play silicon photonics technology route. The contract amount accounts for about 25.9% of the company’s audited operating revenue for 2025.

Robotech stated that company F has no related-party relationship with the company or its wholly owned subsidiary ficonTEC. This transaction is not a related-party transaction. The performance of the above contract will have no significant impact on the business independence of the company and the subsidiary of its wholly owned subsidiary ficonTEC; the principal business of the company and the subsidiary of its wholly owned subsidiary ficonTEC will not create dependence on the contracting party due to the performance of the contract. If the contract is successfully performed, it is expected to have a positive impact on the company’s operating performance for 2026.
