At the opening of the event, Lanng, the Chinese Brand Director of OKX, elaborated on "OKX's New Narrative," discussing key themes such as product development, safety transparency, and technological innovation. Larry stated that Sei is committed to scaling the Ethereum Virtual Machine, aiming for a throughput of 5 billion gas per second. Through parallel execution, rapid consensus, and optimized storage, Sei has achieved the highest performance EVM in history. In the future, Sei will rebuild the EVM from the ground up, focusing on the three major areas of consensus, storage, and execution. The Giga upgrade will further enhance Sei's performance by optimizing the consensus mechanism and increasing network throughput. Particle Network/UniversalX CXO Lydia, Haedal founder Luke, and OKX Chief Business Officer Lennix held an in-depth roundtable discussion on the theme "How Far Are We from Universal Web3?" Luke stated that TGE is an important opportunity for projects to build a community and grow users. However, from the perspective of the entire lifecycle of DeFi projects, TGE is just the "coming of age moment" to start using tokenomics to build a complete product.
