Danh mục của ông bao gồm dầu mỏ, bất động sản, bạc, Bitcoin, Ethereum và sản xuất thực phẩm. Ông khẳng định mục tiêu là “trở nên giàu hơn trong khủng hoảng”.
Kiyosaki cũng từng viện dẫn các dự báo mang tính lịch sử của Edgar Cayce và Nostradamus khi nói về bất ổn kinh tế, dù các dự báo này không đưa ra mốc thời gian cụ thể cho thị trường hiện đại.
Cuối năm 2025, ông tiết lộ đã bán khoảng 2,25 triệu USD Bitcoin ở vùng giá khoảng 90.000 USD (mua từ khoảng 6.000 USD), nhằm tạo dòng tiền và tái đầu tư vào các trung tâm phẫu thuật và doanh nghiệp quảng cáo, mang lại thu nhập khoảng 27.500 USD/tháng miễn thuế.
Tuy nhiên, các cập nhật gần đây cho thấy ông đã quay lại tích lũy, cho biết đang mua thêm tài sản trước khả năng thị trường sụp đổ vào năm 2026. Ông tiếp tục nắm giữ Bitcoin ban đầu và gia tăng lượng nắm giữ crypto bằng nguồn thu từ dầu mỏ, chăn nuôi và hoạt động xuất bản.
