以太坊基金會今日宣布透過場外交易（OTC）向以太坊最大財庫公司 BitMine 出售 5,000 枚 ETH，均價 2,042.96 美元，總值約 1,022 萬美元。所得資金將用於協議研發、生態建設及社區資助。

以太坊基金會（Ethereum Foundation）今（15）日午夜宣布，正式透過場外交易（OTC）完成一筆 5,000 枚 ETH 的出售，平均成交價格為 2,042.96 美元，總價值約 1,022 萬美元。

此次場外交易的對手方為 BitMine（BMNR），目前全球最大的以太坊企業財庫持有者。若加上這次買入，BitMine 累計持有額應約 4,539,563 枚 ETH，佔 ETH 總供應量 1.2 億枚的 3.78%。

資金用途：研發、生態與社區資助

以太坊基金會表示，此次出售所得將用於資助基金會的核心運營與活動，包括：

協議研發: 以太坊核心協議的持續開發與升級

生態系統開發: 支持以太坊生態中的重要基礎設施與工具建設

社區資助資金: 透過 Grants 計畫資助開發者和團隊

BitMine 持續增持，朝 5% 供應量目標邁進

目前 BitMine 公司已質押超過 304 萬枚 ETH，按當前價格計算價值約 60 億美元，年化質押收益達 1.74 億美元。持續朝其「掌握全球 5% ETH 供應量」的長期戰略目標穩步推進。

其董事長 Tom Lee 此前援引技術分析模型，認為以太坊目前走勢高度吻合 2011 年秋季與 1987 年秋季的 S&P 500 走勢，相關係數分別達 89% 與 93%，據此判斷市場正處「小熊市」末期。
