稳定币目前在俄罗斯法律下尚无合法地位。俄罗斯央行此前已创建了“外国数字权利”类别，可批准某些稳定币用于跨境支付。去年10月，与卢布挂钩的稳定币A7A5已获批成为首个可用于海外贸易的此类资产。
