Odaily星球日报讯 加密基础设施公司 Zerohash 已向美国货币监理署（OCC）提交申请，寻求获得 国家信托银行（National Trust Bank）牌照，以扩大其数字资产服务能力。
根据提交文件，该信托银行计划提供多项数字资产相关服务，包括 数字资产与法币托管、托管质押与验证服务、转让代理服务、交易执行、稳定币管理，以及结算、清算与托管账户（escrow）服务。Zerohash 首席法务官 Stephen Gardner 被提名为该信托银行的首席执行官。
此次申请延续了多家加密公司的监管路线。此前 Ripple、Circle 和 BitGo 也曾申请设立受联邦监管的信托银行，并在去年 12 月获得 OCC 的有条件批准。
需要指出的是，即使获得该牌照，Zerohash 仍无法开展传统银行业务，例如吸收存款或发放贷款。不过，该牌照将使公司能够在联邦监管框架下运营，从而更容易吸引机构客户。
