美國印第安納州在擁抱加密資產的路上邁出歷史性一步。州長 Mike Braun 周二正式簽署《眾議院第 1042 號法案（HB 1042）》，允許該州部分退休基金將加密資產納入投資選項。
這部法案由眾議員 Kyle Pierce 提出，於今年 2 月 25 日順利獲得州議會兩院通過，並於 3 月 3 日獲州長簽署，正式成為具有約束力的法律。
根據法案內容，印第安納州多個公共儲蓄、退休金計畫—— 包含州議員的確定提撥制計畫、 Hoosier START 教育儲蓄計畫，以及特定的公教人員退休帳戶，未來必須提供自主經紀選項，且當中至少要包含一種加密貨幣投資產品。
法案明訂，相關計畫管理單位須於 2027 年 7 月 1 日前，完成加密資產投資通道的建置。
值得注意的是，法案不僅放寬了投資途徑，更實質為幣圈用戶提供了保護，規定州政府、地方當局「不得」針對「使用加密貨幣支付合法商品與服務」、「透過自託管錢包保管資產」的行為，課徵任何特別稅收或規費。
印地安納州的這場立法革新，反映出全美正加速將加密貨幣納入傳統金融體系的趨勢。去年 8 月，美國總統川普（Donald Trump）亦簽署行政命令，允許企業的 401(k) 退休計畫納入加密貨幣選項。
