ProCap Financial 由知名比特币投资者 Anthony Pompliano 创立并运营。根据公司发布的声明，此次采取“增持比特币 + 回购股票”的双重策略，目的是提升每股对应的比特币持仓比例，并进一步增强股东长期价值。
Anthony Pompliano 表示，公司正在同时执行两项操作：一方面在市场价格波动期间持续买入比特币，以降低整体持仓成本；另一方面，当公司股票被市场低估时，通过回购股份减少流通股数量，从而提高每位股东对应的比特币资产敞口。
