ChainCatcher 消息，金融科技公司 Payoneer 已向美国货币监理署（OCC）提交申请，计划成立 PAYO Digital Bank 国家信托银行，旨在为全球企业提供支持稳定币的基础设施。过去一年，稳定币在全球业务中的应用加速增长。此次申请是 Payoneer 战略的关键一步，目标是将稳定币功能整合到其连接近 200 万客户的全球支付生态系统中。
若获批，PAYO Digital Bank 将允许客户发送和接收多种稳定币，发行符合 GENIUS 法案的 PAYO-USD 稳定币，管理稳定币储备，提供托管服务，并支持稳定币与当地货币的转换。Payoneer CEO John Caplan 表示：“我们相信稳定币将在全球贸易未来发挥重要作用。通过 PAYO Digital Bank，我们旨在为客户提供一种受监管的方式来利用最新支付创新。”
