資產管理巨頭富達 (Fidelity) 近日公開招募 DeFi 產品負責人，透露將專注於鏈上金庫 (vault) 設計與收益策略產品的建構。富達作為少數直接參與 DeFi 策略管理的金融機構先行者，也被視為傳統資管體系，正式向鏈上延伸的重要一步。
富達進軍 DeFi Vault，佈局鏈上資產管理
根據職缺說明，該 Vice President, DeFi Product Manager 職位將負責設計、評估並擴展「機構級 DeFi 投資產品」，核心任務包括鏈上金庫 (on-chain vaults) 的建構與管理。相關策略涵蓋收益型 (yield)、套利交易、delta 中性策略、流動性提供及結構性信貸產品等。
值得一提的是，富達並非單純投資現有的收益協議，而是希望以主動管理方式，在鏈上打造具風控邏輯與智能合約驅動的投資框架，形成可程式化且自動化的策略系統。
在職位要求方面，富達希望尋找兼具資產管理與區塊鏈專業能力的人才。應聘者需具備 7 至 12 年以上資產管理、衍生品或資本市場經驗，同時熟悉 DeFi 原生語言 (如 AMM) 與鏈上治理機制，並對此該出 13 萬至 26.4 萬美元年薪的待遇，

本月稍早，富達才剛在以太坊區塊鏈上推出自家穩定幣「Fidelity Digital Dollar (FIDD)」， 成為少數由大型傳統金融機構直接發行、並完全符合美國聯邦監管框架的支付型穩定幣，象徵其舉踏入鏈上支付與機構結算領域，為 USDT 與 USDC 主導的穩定幣市場帶來更嚴峻的競爭格局。
據悉，用戶可透過富達數位資產、富達加密貨幣及富達財富管理等平台進行 FIDD 的鑄造與贖回，並可轉移至任何以太坊主網地址，同時也計畫上架至主要加密貨幣交易所。
種種佈局可見，比起將鏈上基礎設施視為額外的衍伸業務，富達更將其看作未來資產管理架構走向數位化創新與轉型的一部分。
