Cổ phiếu của Bitdeer Technologies Group giảm mạnh sau khi công ty công bố kế hoạch phát hành 300 triệu USD trái phiếu chuyển đổi cấp cao, kèm quyền chọn mua thêm 45 triệu USD trong đợt phát hành riêng lẻ. Đây là lần thứ hai Bitdeer huy động vốn qua công cụ này, sau đợt 150 triệu USD hồi tháng 4/2024 từng khiến cổ phiếu lao dốc 18%.
Lô trái phiếu mới đáo hạn năm 2032, không có tài sản đảm bảo, trả lãi nửa năm và có thể chuyển đổi thành tiền mặt, cổ phiếu hoặc kết hợp cả hai. Công ty dự kiến dùng nguồn vốn để mở rộng trung tâm dữ liệu, phát triển AI cloud và sản xuất máy đào tiền điện tử.
Cổ phiếu BTDR chốt phiên giảm 17,38% xuống 7,94 USD và đã mất gần 70% so với đỉnh tháng 1/2025, theo Google Finance.
