Odaily星球日报讯 加密借贷公司 Ledn 已完成一笔规模 1.88 亿美元的比特币担保的证券化债券发行。该交易包含两档债券，其中投资级部分定价为较基准利率高 335 个基点。本次债券以约 4,078.87 枚比特币作为抵押，按公允价值计算约 3.57 亿美元。标普全球对大部分债券给予 BBB- 评级。Ledn 主要为用户提供以比特币作为抵押的借贷服务，自成立以来已发放数十亿美元贷款。此前，稳定币发行方 Tether 曾于去年 11 月投资 Ledn。此次债券发行由 Jefferies Financial Group 担任结构安排人及账簿管理人。
