ChainCatcher 消息，iShares Digital Assets AG 周三宣布在其担保加密资产挂钩证券计划下发行 66 万份 iShares 比特币 ETP 新证券。此次发行将该系列证券总数从 110,274,328 份增至 110,934,328 份，每份证券发行价格为 6.89 美元。该比特币 ETP 在伦敦证券交易所以 IB1T 为代码交易，旨在追踪比特币表现。
该 ETP 总费用率为每年 0.25%，但从系列发行日至 2026 年 12 月 31 日期间将实施部分费用减免，费率降至每年 0.15%。这些证券预计将于 2026 年 2 月 12 日在伦敦证券交易所主板市场开始交易。
