加密货币领域对此反应强烈。消息人士指出，加密公司对反规避和严格执法条款尤其关注，认为部分条款可能扼杀创新。区块链协会执行副总裁Dan Spoler也指出，银行提出的是宽泛禁止性原则，而非具体法案文本，双方仍存在明显分歧。
