印度执法局称，BitConnect 将自身标榜为高回报投资平台，声称其自主研发的波动率交易机器人每月可产生高达 40% 的回报。该机构表示，这些说法纯属虚构，旨在营造虚假的增长假象，包括在其网站上发布约 1% 的虚假每日回报率。
