1月19日消息，加密货币矿机制造商 Canaan Inc. 近日收到纳斯达克发出的退市警告通知。根据披露信息，由于 Canaan 股票的收盘价已连续 30 个交易日低于 1 美元，未能满足上市规则中的最低股价要求，监管方要求其在 180 天内完成整改，否则将面临被移出主要股指体系的风险。
Canaan 表示，纳斯达克已给予其至 2026 年 7 月 13 日的宽限期。在此期间，公司股价需连续至少 10 个交易日维持在每股 1 美元或以上，方可恢复合规。公开数据显示，Canaan 上一次股价高于 1 美元仍要追溯至 2025 年 11 月 28 日。
截至上周五收盘，Canaan 股价报 0.79 美元，当日下跌 3.8%，过去 12 个月累计跌幅约 63%。自 2024 年 12 月以来，其股价从未重返 3 美元上方。市场普遍认为，随着多家矿企将资源转向人工智能算力服务，比特币矿机需求放缓，对传统矿机制造商形成持续压力。
公司方面透露，若未能在期限内达标，仍可向纳斯达克申请延期，并在必要时采取反向股票分割等措施，以提升每股价格。不过，一旦被认定无法恢复合规，Canaan 将面临退市风险，而退市通常会削弱股票流动性，并对估值造成进一步冲击。
值得注意的是，Canaan 曾在去年 10 月宣布完成一笔涉及 5 万台 Avalon A15 Pro 矿机的大额订单，为三年多来最大交易，当时股价一度大幅反弹。但从当前走势看，该利好并未扭转中长期下行趋势。
在当前比特币矿业竞争加剧、资本市场审慎情绪升温的背景下，Canaan 能否通过合规整改稳定股价，已成为市场关注的核心变量。
