美国银行放行比特币配置:理财顾问可建议客户配置最高4%BTC相关资产

据多家媒体报道,美国银行(Bank of America)已正式更新其财富管理政策,自1月5日起,旗下财务顾问可向符合条件的客户推荐配置1%至4%的比特币相关投资产品。这一变化被视为传统银行体系对比特币态度的重要转折,标志着数字资产正逐步进入主流资产配置框架。

此前,美国银行仅允许客户自行购买加密货币相关产品,顾问不得主动提出配置建议。新政策生效后,这一限制被解除,并适用于该行三大核心财富管理平台,包括美林证券、美国银行私人银行以及 Merrill Edge,覆盖超过15,000名理财顾问。这意味着,比特币配置将首次以“合规建议”的形式进入美国大型银行的标准投资组合讨论中。

在具体产品层面,美国银行明确将推荐范围限定在美国上市、受监管的现货比特币ETF,而非直接持有比特币。获批产品包括贝莱德 iShares 比特币信托(IBIT)、富达 Wise Origin 比特币基金(FBTC)、Bitwise 比特币 ETF(BITB)以及灰度比特币迷你信托(BTC)。通过ETF形式参与比特币价格波动,被视为在合规性、托管安全和操作风险之间的折中方案。

在风险指引方面,美国银行强调,比特币依然属于高波动性资产。该行投资管理层指出,1%至4%的配置区间旨在控制对整体投资组合的冲击。其中,1%的配置更适合风险偏好较低、以稳健收益为目标的投资者;而接近4%的比例,则更适合风险承受能力较强、投资期限较长、对创新资产有明确兴趣的客户。银行同时要求顾问在推荐时,必须充分披露潜在回撤风险、流动性不确定性以及监管变化带来的影响。

美国银行明确表示,比特币相关资产应被视为投资组合的补充,而非替代股票、债券等核心资产。是否配置以及配置比例,最终决定权仍掌握在客户手中。

业内人士认为,此举是美国财富管理行业更广泛转向的一部分。此前,摩根士丹利、富达投资以及贝莱德等机构已公开支持在严格风控下进行小比例比特币配置。随着客户需求持续增长,美国银行的政策调整,或将进一步推动比特币ETF在机构投资组合中的渗透率提升,也为仍持谨慎态度的银行带来新的竞争压力。
