Gate News bot 消息，据CoinDesk报道，Presto Research新报告认为，Strategy和Metaplanet等加密财务公司（CTC）不仅仅是杠杆比特币ETF，而是一种新型金融工程，其风险比许多投资者认为的要小。
Strategy的最新融资通过永久优先股筹集了近10亿美元，这表明发行人可以利用BTC的波动性来获得优势。 这些证券以及可转换债券和市场股票销售使 CTC 能够为积极的加密货币积累提供资金，而不会引发保证金风险。
Presto指出，Strategy的BTC是无抵押的，Metaplanet的债券也是无担保的，这意味着抵押品清算（过去Celsius和Three Arrows等加密货币泡沫破裂的主要诱因）在这里基本不存在。这并不能消除风险，但改变了风险的本质。
Presto认为，真正的挑战不是加密货币风险本身，而是管理稀释、现金流和资本时机的纪律。 Metaplanet的“比特币收益率”指标衡量的是每股完全稀释后的BTC数量，反映了对股东价值的关注。
只要CTC能够掌控其累积策略背后的金融机制，它们就能像传统市场中的高增长公司一样获得资产净值溢价。但如果它们失算，推动其崛起的工具也可能加速其衰落。
