最近一周 BTC 25-Delta Skew 先走阔后收敛，7D 一度下探至约 -15 vol，显示短期 Put 需求阶段性升温；随后快速修复至 -5 vol 附近。30D–90D 基本维持在 -4 至 -6 vol 区间，整体仍为温和负偏结构，说明市场保有下行对冲需求，但未形成持续性悲观定价。
从 GEX 分布看，主峰集中在 3 月 27 日且为显著正 Gamma，说明做市商整体处于正 Gamma 环境，价格更容易被对冲压制，偏向震荡格局。 3 月 13 日附近的负 Gamma 区域时，波动才可能被放大并演变为趋势行情。
