外媒報導，美國商品期貨交易委員會（CFTC）主席 Mike Selig 表示，監管機構即將為加密資產永續合約（perpetual futures）在美國境內合法落地鋪路，相關政策預計在未來一個月左右對外公布。他強調，這將是多項數位資產監管措施中的一環，並將與美國證券交易委員會（SEC）協同推進。
永續合約落地美國？CFTC 主席承諾一個月內提出政策
Selig 在活動上指出，加密永續期貨長期在美國境外發展，主因是過去監管環境的不確定性，導致流動性與業者被迫出海。他直言：「前一屆政府把許多公司與流動性趕到了海外。」
永續期貨是一種沒有到期日、通常搭配槓桿機制的衍生性商品，在全球加密市場交易量占比極高，但美國境內遲遲未建立明確制度框架。Selig 表示，CFTC 努力在未來一個月內，讓真正專業的期貨產品在美國落地，並預告很快將正式對外宣布。
「Project Crypto」研議以創新豁免處理加密產業、DeFi
Selig 當天與美國證券交易委員會主席 Paul Atkins 同台出席，兩人在數位資產領域的合作稱為「Project Crypto」。雙方正在研議所謂的「創新豁免」（innovation exceptions），讓加密產業在特定條件下進行實驗性創新，而不必過度擔憂遭遇監管打擊。CFTC 將針對去中心化金融（DeFi）開發者制定更清晰的監管立場，以結束多年來因執法與不確定性所帶來的寒蟬效應。
預測市場也將迎來明確指引
除了加密衍生品，Selig 也表示，預測市場（prediction markets）在非常接近的未來將獲得明確監管指引。同時，監管機構也著手推動更完整的正式規則制定程序，使相關立場不僅停留於行政指引層級，而具備更長期穩定性。
目前預測市場平台的監管權仍存在爭議，包括州級博彩監管機構與聯邦層級的 CFTC 均主張一定權限。像 Polymarket 與 Kalshi 等平台的事件型合約業務，便處於多重監管角力之中。Selig 表示，不同監管體系可以並行存在，但 CFTC 將積極在司法層面捍衛其主導地位。
