Odaily星球日报讯 巴拉圭国家电力公司 ANDE 已与加密基础设施企业 Morphware 签署谅解备忘录，计划利用执法部门查获的比特币矿机启动该国首个政府主导的比特币挖矿试点项目。首阶段将部署约 1500 台被没收矿机，并利用当地富余水电资源开展合规挖矿。
根据安排，ANDE 负责矿场所有权及监管，Morphware 提供技术与运营支持。对于挖出的比特币，政府正在讨论出售用于公共支出或通过金融工具对冲风险并持有部分资产。（BitcoinMagazine）
