3月3日消息，比特币挖矿与人工智能计算服务公司Core Scientific公布2025年第四季度财报后，股价出现下跌。财报显示，该公司季度营收与盈利表现均低于市场预期，反映出加密市场波动以及挖矿行业成本压力对企业经营造成的影响。
数据显示，Core Scientific第四季度实现营收7980万美元，同比下降约16%，明显低于华尔街预计的9040万美元。其中，加密货币挖矿业务收入降至4220万美元，较2024年同期几乎减半。尽管公司报告净利润达到2.16亿美元，但主要来自约3.303亿美元的非现金资产公允价值收益，其调整后EBITDA则录得4270万美元亏损。
市场分析认为，比特币价格的剧烈波动是矿企盈利承压的重要因素之一。比特币价格此前在2025年底一度突破126,000美元历史高点，但随后出现明显回调，目前价格约为67,000美元附近，较阶段高点大幅回落。价格回落叠加电力与算力成本上升，使不少矿企利润空间明显收窄。
面对行业周期变化，Core Scientific正在加快业务转型。公司首席执行官Adam Sullivan表示，目前多个基础设施项目已完成超过一半建设，公司计划将托管计算平台扩展至约1.5吉瓦的可租赁容量，以满足人工智能高性能计算需求。
与此同时，公司还在持续扩建数据中心网络。Core Scientific正在扩展位于美国德克萨斯州的数据中心，目标是支持约430兆瓦的总电力容量，并在美国佐治亚州与德克萨斯州的其他设施中新增约300兆瓦电力能力。
受财报影响，Core Scientific（CORZ）股价周一收跌约2.8%，报16.49美元。盘后交易一度下探至14.69美元，不过随后出现回升。尽管短期波动明显，该公司股价在2026年以来仍累计上涨超过13%。
与此同时，另一家比特币矿业公司Riot Platforms也公布了季度财报。数据显示，该公司第四季度营收为1.528亿美元，同比增长约7%，但仍低于市场预期的1.57亿美元。财报发布后，Riot Platforms（RIOT）股价周一基本持平，收于16.43美元，盘后小幅波动至16.28美元附近。
业内人士指出，随着人工智能算力需求快速增长，部分比特币矿企正尝试通过高性能计算托管服务拓展新的收入来源，这种“挖矿+AI算力”的商业模式正在成为行业的重要转型方向。
