Empery Digital正式回应大股东清算提议：不会出清比特币资产

PANews 3月3日消息，据Businesswire报道，针对大股东要求出售全部比特币并向股东返还现金，纳斯达克上市的比特币财库公司Empery Digital正式发布声明回应，其中指出：尽管公司股价一直低于NAV，但管理层始终以股东利益为出发点实施了股票回购计划，而大股东Tice P. Brown此前对管理层进行了虚假且恶意的人身攻击，同时澄清ATG Capital未与任何公司董事或高管进行过沟通。Empery Digital进一步表示，董事会和管理团队已经就Tice P. Brown提出清算所有比特币资产的要求进行全面评估，认定此举不符合所有股东的最佳利益并剥夺他们未来从价格上涨中获得更多收益的机会，因此现阶段不会立即清算全部比特币资产。
