Core Scientific Q4营收下滑，比特币挖矿收入大幅下降，加速转型数据中心基础设施

Odaily星球日报讯据报道，比特币矿企 Core Scientific 公布 2025 年第四季度财报，整体业绩表现分化。在公司加速向高密度数据中心托管（colocation）业务转型的背景下，挖矿收入明显下滑。

财报显示，公司第四季度总营收为 7,980 万美元，较上年同期的 9,490 万美元有所下降。其中，比特币挖矿业务收入降至 4,220 万美元，而 2024 年同期为 7,990 万美元，降幅显著。

不过，公司强调，其数据中心托管服务收入大幅增长至 3,130 万美元，高于 2024 年的 850 万美元。这一增长主要得益于托管业务的运营扩张。托管模式指企业租用非自有的计算基础设施进行部署。

Core Scientific CEO Adam Sullivan 表示，公司现有建设项目已完成过半，正将托管平台扩展至 1.5 吉瓦可租赁容量管线。凭借多地区布局和成熟的执行能力，公司正在加快多个站点的投产进度，以推动长期可持续增长。

盈利方面，第四季度毛利润升至 2,080 万美元，高于 2024 年同期的 480 万美元；但公司调整后 EBITDA 仍为 -4,270 万美元，显示转型过程中盈利压力仍然存在。
