3月2日消息，韩国政府宣布将全面审查公共部门处理数字资产的方式。韩国副总理兼财政经济部长Koo Yun-cheol表示，在警方与税务机构被曝不当管理查封加密资产后，当局将推动紧急改革，以强化政府层面的数字资产监管与安全机制。
Koo Yun-cheol在X平台发布声明称，政府将联合金融服务委员会与金融监督院等监管机构，对执法部门在查封行动中获得的数字资产进行系统性检查，包括资产托管方式、私钥管理流程以及资产记录制度等。他指出，韩国政府并不会主动持有加密资产，除非是因税务追缴或刑事调查而依法查封所得。
此次改革承诺源于近期一系列管理失误引发的舆论关注。根据一份最新报告，首尔江南区警方曾将查获的22枚比特币交由第三方公司托管，但由于未掌握私钥控制权，这笔资产在2022年丢失。当时该批比特币价值约140万美元，目前案件已导致两名嫌疑人被捕，检方正调查是否存在贿赂或渎职行为。
与此同时，韩国公共部门对加密资产管理能力的质疑持续升温。此前监管机构还因未能及时发现某大型平台内部系统漏洞而受到批评，该漏洞曾错误地将价值数十亿美元的比特币计入用户账户，引发市场对数字资产风控体系的担忧。
Koo Yun-cheol表示，政府将尽快制定更严格的安全规范，包括强化加密资产托管标准、私钥控制机制以及审计流程，以避免类似事件再次发生。业内人士指出，随着各国执法机构越来越多地查封数字资产，如何安全管理加密资产已成为全球监管体系必须面对的重要挑战。
