Techub News 消息，Vitalik Buterin 在 X 平台发文表示，EIP-8141 提案引入「帧交易」机制，将交易拆分为可相互引用数据的帧序列，每个帧可授权发送方或 Gas 支付方，支持复杂场景如多签、账户预部署及使用 RAI 等非 ETH 代币支付 Gas 通过支付主合约转换而无需中介。该提案强调最小化中间环节的核心原则，即使外部基础设施瘫痪也能最大化功能，并通过 2D nonce 机制优化隐私协议，消除 Railgun 和 Tornado Cash 等中的公共广播者问题。提案还注重链上验证帧有效性及内存池保守规则，与 FOCIL 互补，预计在 Hegota 硬分叉后落地，实现所有账户统一框架及批量操作能力。
