2月27日消息，与特朗普相关的去中心化金融项目World Liberty Financial（WLFI）提出最新治理方案，要求代币持有者必须将WLFI锁定至少180天，方可参与协议投票。该提案于2026年2月下旬公布，目前尚未进入社区表决阶段，具体投票时间仍未披露。
根据草案，仅持有WLFI已不足以获得治理权，用户需主动质押满6个月。新机制还设置分级制度：质押至少1000万枚WLFI（按当前估值约100万美元）的地址可获得“节点”身份，能够使用场外稳定币兑换通道。该通道由持牌做市商提供流动性支持，项目方将补贴做市商以维持与1美元稳定币的1:1锚定。此前此类套利周期收益约为10至15个基点，新方案拟将部分收益分配给符合条件的质押者。
若质押达到5000万枚WLFI（约500万美元），则可升级为“超级节点”，不仅可与项目团队进行合作沟通，还可能获得额外激励安排。所有级别的质押者理论年化收益约为2%，奖励以WLFI形式从金库发放，但必须在锁仓期间至少参与两次治理投票，否则无法获得收益。
投票权将采用平方根模型计算，以削弱巨鲸对决策的线性放大效应，即持币数量增长100倍，投票权不会等比例放大。
值得关注的是，WLFI旗下稳定币USD1流通量已升至约47亿美元，成为当前市场规模较大的稳定币之一。项目方表示，此次锁仓与质押机制意在强化长期参与者激励，减少短期投机行为。社区何时正式启动投票，仍待官方进一步公布。
