2月26日消息，随着资金持续流入比特币ETF市场，部分投资者开始质疑为何比特币价格仍未突破15万美元关键关口。Bitwise Alpha策略主管Jeff Park近日发文指出，真正限制BTC上行空间的并非单一做市机构，而是比特币ETF本身的结构设计及其运作机制。
Jeff Park分析称，授权参与者（AP）在ETF份额的创建与赎回流程中拥有特殊地位，可在监管规则的“灰色区间”内进行更高资本效率的对冲操作。与普通交易者不同，AP在执行做空或套利策略时不必完全依赖现货市场，从而改变了传统资金流入对价格的直接推动路径。
更关键的一点在于对冲方式的变化。理论上，当ETF出现溢价时，套利机构应买入现货比特币以修复价差，但若选择使用比特币期货或衍生品进行对冲，则不会形成真实的现货买盘需求。这意味着即便ETF资金净流入增加，也未必同步转化为现货市场的持续上行动能。
此外，向“实物赎回”机制的转变，也削弱了此前必须在公开市场购入比特币的结构性约束。部分机构可通过场外渠道获取流动性，从而降低对公开市场价格发现机制的冲击，进一步弱化ETF资金流入与BTC价格上涨之间的直接关联。
Jeff Park强调，目前并不存在明确的市场操纵行为，但传统金融监管框架与比特币去中心化属性之间存在结构错配，使中间套利环节难以被清晰归类。这种制度层面的摩擦，可能导致比特币ETF资金流入增加、比特币价格却上涨缓慢的现象持续存在，并影响市场对BTC突破15万美元目标价位的预期节奏。
