PANews 2月25日消息，据MyBroadband报道，南非财政部长Enoch Godongwana宣布，政府将发布法规草案，正式将加密资产纳入《货币与外汇法》下的资本流动管理体系。此举旨在完善跨境资本监管，并与现有的反洗钱及防欺诈条例互补。
此前，比勒陀利亚高等法院曾裁定加密货币不属于法律定义的“货币”，且现行外汇管制规则不适用于加密资产，敦促政府进行立法改革。尽管南非储备银行（SARB）已对该裁决提出上诉，坚持认为加密货币在管理职能上应视同货币，但目前监管重点已转向建立明确的行政责任和跨境交易报告要求。此次立法改革将结束加密资产在外汇管制上的模糊状态，为南非居民参与全球加密市场提供法律依据。
