2月25日消息，Meta Platforms Inc.计划在2026年下半年通过Stripe Bridge整合稳定币支付功能，为创作者提供收益支付解决方案。据CoinDesk报道，该计划旨在利用美国新监管环境，降低跨境结算成本，加快小额转账速度。
消息显示，Meta已向第三方基础设施公司发出提案征集书，Stripe被认为是潜在合作伙伴。Stripe首席执行官 Patrick Collison 将于2025年4月加入Meta董事会，强化双方合作联系。Meta此前于2019年推出的 Libra 项目（后更名为 Diem）因监管压力而终止，而此次整合计划不涉及自有稳定币发行，而是以分销渠道角色推进。
Stripe旗下的 Bridge 平台在2026年2月获得美国货币监理署（OCC）有条件批准，并获得国家信托银行牌照，为此次整合提供合规基础。Stripe 2025 年年度信函显示，Bridge 的交易量较上一周期增长四倍，稳定币支付在现实世界的使用正在稳步扩展。
Meta的目标是优化平台创作者的收益支付，尤其是面临高额电汇和外汇费用的小额转账。旗下平台 Facebook、Instagram 和 WhatsApp 全球用户约 30 亿，整合稳定币支付将显著提升支付效率，并增强与X及Telegram在超级应用功能上的竞争力。
CoinDesk指出，新政策背景下，美国稳定币发行商已获得明确联邦法律框架支持。2025年7月，特朗普签署《GENIUS法案》，标志着监管环境从反对到允许，推动稳定币与主流金融系统融合。Meta将支持哪些具体稳定币、钱包托管和合规安排，以及是否拓展海外市场仍未明确。Meta和Stripe对此均未置评。
