2月24日消息，美国证券交易委员会（SEC）加密货币工作组迎来重要人事调整，Chainlink副总法律顾问Taylor Lindman正式加入该工作组，担任首席法律顾问，接替Michael Selig的职位。这一任命被市场视为美国数字资产监管体系进一步专业化的重要信号。
Chainlink于2月23日在官方X平台确认了Lindman离职消息，并对其过去五年的法律与合规贡献表示感谢。公开资料显示，Lindman在任期间主要负责美国及国际司法辖区的监管合规事务，长期参与代币分类、智能合约法律框架及数字资产记录保存标准等关键议题，并多次与政策制定者进行沟通协调。
值得注意的是，早在去年3月，Lindman就曾作为Chainlink与SEC之间的主要联络人参与加密货币监管会议，重点讨论代币属性界定与合规记录要求，显示其在加密合规与区块链监管政策领域具备深厚经验。
此次人事更替还涉及Michael Selig，其目前已转任美国商品期货交易委员会（CFTC）主席，进一步凸显美国监管机构在数字资产领域的人才流动与政策协同趋势。与此同时，前Coin Center政策总监 Landon Zinda 继续担任高级顾问，Veronica Reynolds也以数字资产法律专家身份参与顾问工作。
该加密货币工作组成立于2025年1月，由SEC委员 Hester Peirce 领导，核心目标是制定更清晰的数字资产监管框架，推动代币合规、区块链法律标准以及Web3监管政策的系统化建设。自成立以来，工作组已通过多轮圆桌会议与行业机构展开对话，试图从“执法优先”模式转向更具前瞻性的监管路径。
随着具备行业背景的法律专家加入，美国加密监管环境、数字资产分类标准及智能合约合规规则的制定进程，或将在2026年进入加速阶段。
