Odaily星球日报讯 比特币财库公司 Nakamoto 宣布，已完成对比特币媒体及活动公司 BTC Inc 以及投资机构 UTXO Management 的收购，两家公司将成为其全资子公司。本次交易全部以 Nakamoto 普通股及其期权形式支付。
根据披露，BTC Inc 与 UTXO 的证券持有人按完全稀释后基准合计获得 364,795,104 股 Nakamoto 普通股，总价值约 8163 万美元。BTC Inc 为比特币大会（The Bitcoin Conference）主办方及 Bitcoin Magazine 母公司。
