Nakamoto以约1.07亿美元交易对价收购BTC Inc与UTXO Management

PANews 2月21日消息，比特币财库公司Nakamoto在X平台发文宣布已签署最终协议将收购比特币媒体及活动提供商BTC Inc以及投资公司UTXO Management (UTXO)，根据合并协议此次交易将以Nakamoto普通股支付，BTC Inc和UTXO的证券持有人会获得363,589,816份Nakamoto公司普通股，基于2月13日0.2951美元的收盘价计算，该笔交易的总对价为107,295,354美元，具体股份数量将在交割时根据惯例进行价格调整，整体交易预计将于2026年第一季度完成且需满足常规交割条件，据悉BTC Inc是比特币大会（The Bitcoin Conference）的组织者和Bitcoin Magazine母公司。
