2月13日消息，Robinhood Markets 本周因财报与加密情绪转弱双重冲击，股价在2月10日发布第四季度业绩后两个交易日内下挫近17%，今年以来累计回撤已达37%。财报显示，每股收益0.66美元，略高于预期，但营收12.8亿美元不及华尔街预估，主要原因来自加密货币交易收入骤降。
数据显示，该季度加密货币相关收入同比大幅下滑38%至2.21亿美元，交易活跃度明显减弱。市场因此担忧，这一业务短期内难以恢复，成为股价承压的核心变量。
多家机构随即下调目标价但维持评级。Truist Financial 的 David Smith 将目标价由130美元降至120美元，仍给出“买入”意见；Needham 的 John Todaro 则从135美元下调至100美元，认为预测市场是当前少有的亮点；Piper Sandler 的 Patrick Moley 把目标价从155美元调至135美元，指出若能承受波动，该公司仍是零售交易长期增长的重要标的。
公司首席财务官 Shiv Verma 表示，市场过度聚焦加密板块并不全面，去年该业务仅占总营收约18%，其余80%以上来自股票、期权及其他金融服务。他强调，公司战略聚焦活跃交易者、提升用户资产留存率，并加快全球化与机构化布局。
在增长催化方面，管理层看好预测市场、现实世界资产代币化以及人工智能工具的部署。TradePMR 的收购也被视为吸引千禧一代与Z世代的重要一步。Bernstein 的 Gautam Chhugani 认为，当前回调更像是阶段性调整，60至75美元区间具备配置吸引力。
在加密情绪低迷的背景下，HOOD短期仍面临波动，但长期增长叙事尚未被彻底否定。
