ChainCatcher 消息，在 Consensus Hong Kong 2026 上，机构级 RWA 代币化成为大会核心议题。OnGreen 在大会期间获得双重背书：来自迪拜 BlueRock Capital 的战略投资支持以及 OnGreen CEO Eric Ng 与多位行业领袖展开高层交流。
据悉，BlueRock Capital 是一家受迪拜金融服务管理局（DFSA）监管的风险投资机构。该机构将为 OnGreen 提供分阶段潜在融资支持，首期资金最高可达 100 万美元，同时提供战略顾问、区域市场准入及合作伙伴网络资源等深度支持，协助 OnGreen 在中东及北非（MENA）地区推进其 Oasis Journey 生态系统的落地。
OnGreen 融合绿色技术与 Web3 基础设施，构建以下核心能力：
- 荒漠化治理与绿色建设，打造具备持续收益能力的 RWA 资产；
- AI 优化碳信用验证，通过AI BIM系统，将可重复生成的碳信用转化为具备流动性与收益属性的数字资产；
- 统一碳信用注册体系，不可篡改、机构级标准的注册系统，树立全球新基准；
- 绿色资产交易平台，为代币化环境资产提供深度流动性支持。
OnGreen CEO Eric Ng 表示：Oasis Journey 是具备成熟可迅速落地的绿色技术体系，涵盖土地修育、AI 验证碳信用以及链上注册机制，我们正将沙漠转化为可验证的资产类别。”
BlueRock Capital CEO Sher Ali 表示：“中东规模达 1860 亿美元的绿色转型进程，正与全球 RWA 代币化趋势交汇。这是一种由代码与资本共同支撑的影响力实践。”
随着沙特与阿联酋试点项目全面推进，OnGreen正以” 桥接协议” 定位，成为串联亚洲监管清晰度与中东资本动能的战略连接器。
