Ngoài ra, đơn kiện cũng không chứng minh được Uniswap đã trực tiếp sử dụng hằng số tỷ lệ dự trữ như mô tả trong bằng sáng chế, cũng như không đủ căn cứ để buộc tội vi phạm cố ý.
Vụ án bị bác bỏ “không có định kiến pháp lý”, nghĩa là Bancor có 21 ngày để nộp đơn kiện sửa đổi; nếu không, việc bác bỏ sẽ trở thành cuối cùng. Nhà sáng lập Uniswap Hayden Adams sau đó tuyên bố trên X: “Chúng ta đã thắng.”
