2月11日消息，美国纽约南区联邦地区法院作出重要裁定，驳回了与Bancor相关的Bprotocol基金会和LocalCoin Ltd.对Uniswap提起的专利侵权诉讼。法官John G. Koeltl在2月10日发布的备忘录意见中指出，涉案专利本质上属于“抽象概念”，不符合美国专利法的保护标准。
本案焦点围绕“恒定乘积自动做市商”模型，该机制是去中心化金融中最核心的流动性定价方式之一。原告声称Uniswap非法使用了其自动定价与流动性池相关技术，但法院认为，这些专利仅涉及“计算货币汇率以进行交易的基本经济实践”，即便运行在区块链和智能合约之上，也不能因此获得专利资格。
法官进一步指出，将抽象公式部署在区块链基础设施上，并不构成具有“创造性概念”的技术突破，因此无法通过美国最高法院设定的专利适格性两步检验。同时，法院还裁定，原告未能合理说明Uniswap的公开代码如何包含专利中所述的关键参数，起诉状在直接侵权、诱导侵权和故意侵权方面均存在明显缺陷。
该裁决对Uniswap来说是一次程序性胜利，但并非终局。法院允许原告在21天内提交修改后的诉状，否则案件将转为有偏见驳回。消息公布后，Uniswap创始人Hayden Adams在社交平台表示“我们赢了”，显示出对结果的乐观态度。
业内人士认为，此案不仅关乎Uniswap与Bancor之间的专利争议，更可能对整个DeFi领域的核心算法是否可被专利化产生示范效应。随着链上金融创新不断深化，此类司法裁决将持续影响加密行业的技术边界与合规环境。
