该裁决对Uniswap来说是一次程序性胜利，但并非终局。法院允许原告在21天内提交修改后的诉状，否则案件将转为有偏见驳回。消息公布后，Uniswap创始人Hayden Adams在社交平台表示“我们赢了”，显示出对结果的乐观态度。
