2月11日消息，在2026香港共识大会（Consensus Hong Kong 2026）的小组讨论会上，多位行业领袖探讨了代币化现实资产（RWA）的发展趋势。参与讨论的嘉宾包括Animoca Brands集团总裁Evan Auyang、万事达卡数字资产与区块链高级副总裁Christian Rau、Robinhood加密机构副总裁Nicola White，以及红石集团联合创始人Marcin Kazmierczak主持讨论。
讨论中，嘉宾们呼应了贝莱德首席运营官Rob Goldstein的观点：数字账簿是自复式记账法诞生700年来，金融领域最令人兴奋的创新。当前，RWA仍以机构投资者为主，其需求主要集中在代币化货币市场基金、美国国债、稳定币集成和抵押品优化产品，例如贝莱德的BUIDL及Robinhood的解决方案，显示出这一领域的实用价值日益凸显。
散户投资者参与度相对较低，仅有少数与会者表示其钱包中持有代币化风险加权资产。专家指出，欧洲清晰的监管环境为代币化上市股票提供了先发优势，而私募信贷、房地产、艺术品和私募股权等领域也展现出长期增长潜力，尤其是在企业延长私有状态和市场对全天候零碎资产访问需求增加的背景下。
共识认为，RWA正从早期炒作逐渐走向机构实用化。一旦监管和技术障碍逐步消除，散户投资者的加入可能释放流动性不足市场中数万亿美元的潜力，为全球数字资产生态注入新动力。
随着机构投资持续推进RWA代币化，金融市场的数字化和全球化进程进一步加快，未来散户投资者也有望在可控风险下参与这一新兴资产类别，实现更广泛的资本配置与财富增值机会。
