PANews 2月5日消息，据彭博社报道，比特币矿企Cipher Mining（纳斯达克代码：CIFR）的AI子公司Black Pearl Compute在周二发行的20亿美元垃圾债券销售中，吸引了高达130亿美元的认购需求。此次融资将用于建设位于德州的Black Pearl数据中心，该中心已于去年11月租赁给亚马逊云服务（AWS），租期至少15年，总合同收入预计达55亿美元。
Black Pearl新发行的五年期债券于周三定价，收益率为6.125%，而资金还将用于偿还Cipher此前对Black Pearl的约2.325亿美元股本投入等公司需求。此次债券受到第一优先留置权保障，覆盖发行人和担保人的几乎全部资产。
Cipher此前已与FluidStack和Google达成多项高额合作协议，显示出加密矿企向高性能计算领域多元化发展的趋势。然而，Cipher股价周三下跌12.36%，收于14.25美元，受加密货币和相关股票持续抛售的影响。Cipher目前是按市值计算的第四大比特币矿企。
