1月30日消息，稳定币发行商 Circle 公布其 2026 年发展路线图，核心目标是强化稳定币基础设施，服务更广泛的机构用户。该计划围绕 Arc 区块链的生产化部署，以及 USDC 等资产在多链环境中的深度应用，回应全球对合规数字货币需求持续上升的趋势。
在基础设施层面，Circle 正将 Arc 打造成面向开放网络的大规模经济协调核心。Arc 测试网已稳定运行，并接近正式上线。公司通过优化治理结构、改进验证节点布局，并加强与资产层的整合，使其更符合机构级标准。Arc 以亚秒级最终结算为设计亮点，面向支付、外汇、跨境结算与资本流动等高频场景，提供更可预测的清算体验。
在资产侧，Circle 持续扩大 USDC、EURC、USYC 及合作伙伴稳定币的适用范围，覆盖交易、资金管理与全球支付等领域。USDC 仍是受监管稳定币中的核心资产，而 USYC 的分发网络扩展，正推动代币化现金工具在企业场景中的使用。xReserve 作为关键组件，使不同生态系统能够发行由 USDC 支持的稳定币。
跨链方面，Circle 将 Gateway 与 CCTP 深度整合，强化稳定币在多条公链之间的安全转移能力，降低资金调度摩擦，为多链运营的企业提供统一入口。
在应用层，Circle 加速支付与外汇工具的开发。其支付网络已扩展多条跨境通道，StableFX 也在 Arc 测试网上推进，支持持续的链上货币转换。未来，这些应用将与 Arc 更紧密协同，推动自动化与可编程结算。
