1月30日消息，沉寂近十年的“幽灵资金”正在回归视野。以太坊早期The DAO黑客事件中无人认领的ETH，如今被重新整合为一项全新的网络安全专项基金，旨在为以太坊生态提供长期防护与稳定支持。
以太坊开发者、社区成员 Griff Green 近日披露，这些原本用于补偿受害者却长期滞留在合约中的资产，将被纳入名为“DAO安全基金”的计划。资金将通过质押产生收益，再持续投入安全审计、应急响应与基础设施防护，而非一次性分配。
回溯2016年，The DAO作为去中心化风投项目，曾募集超过1.5亿美元ETH，却因重入漏洞被攻击者转移约360万枚ETH，引发以太坊历史性硬分叉，并诞生以太坊与以太坊经典两条链。分叉后虽返还了大部分资金，但仍有一批复杂案例的ETH长期无人领取。按当前价格估算，这部分余额价值接近2亿美元。
Green表示，其中约70,500枚ETH及相关DAO代币将成为基金核心。该计划与以太坊基金会的“万亿美元安全”目标保持一致，并采用去中心化治理方式，包括二次方资助、追溯性公共物品资助及多种DAO投票机制。监督成员包括 Vitalik Buterin、Taylor Monahan、Jordi Baylina 以及 SEAL 911 团队代表。
从早期漏洞危机到如今支撑DeFi、NFT与现实资产代币化的核心网络，以太坊的安全需求已发生质变。DAO幽灵资金的再利用，象征着生态从历史创伤中汲取力量，为未来构建更稳固的防线。这不仅是一次资金重启，更是一段区块链安全进化的里程碑。
