美国CFTC主席塞利格：预测市场迎新监管框架，加密平台密切关注

1月30日消息，美国商品期货交易委员会（CFTC）主席迈克尔·塞利格暗示，将推出针对预测市场的新监管框架，为这个快速增长的行业提供更清晰、一致的规则。塞利格指出，过去针对政治和体育相关预测市场的限制性提案已被撤回，同时原定的咨询意见也被取消，以减少市场不确定性。

塞利格在与美国证券交易委员会（SEC）主席Paul Atkins的活动中表示，预测市场虽历史悠久，但仍被部分人视为新颖或不稳定，这种不确定性不利于市场发展和公众利益。他承诺将与SEC合作，制定面向未来的综合监管措施，同时保持投资者保护、反欺诈、反操纵及市场诚信原则不动摇。

随着预测市场在加密货币领域影响力提升，主流CEX纷纷推出相关产品，推动政治、金融及文化事件的市场化预测。然而，这类平台也面临法律挑战，Kalshi、Polymarket及其他预测市场因体育赛事合约在多个州遇到诉讼，涉及州监管权限与部落主权争议。塞利格强调，CFTC在管辖权上拥有专业知识和责任，以捍卫对商品衍生品的专属监管权。
