ChainCatcher 消息，据 CoinDesk 报道，美国金融巨头 Capital One 已同意以 51.5 亿美元收购金融科技初创公司 Brex，交易将以 50% 现金和 50% 股票方式支付。
Brex 成立于 2017 年，主要为初创公司和大型企业提供企业信用卡和现金管理工具。该公司于 2025 年 9 月宣布计划推出原生稳定币支付功能，旨在成为首个支持使用稳定币进行即时余额支付的全球企业卡平台。
此次收购将使 Capital One 在新兴支付技术领域获得立足点，同时将 Brex 纳入主流银行体系。多家区块链公司包括 Figure、Solana 和 Alchemy 已加入 Brex 稳定币产品的等待名单。
完成收购后，Brex 将被整合到 Capital One 的商业银行和支付业务中。
